Terms & Conditions for Hype Men Entertainment

1. Booking & Retainer

• Reservation: A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. No date is held without both.

• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. Failure to pay the balance may result in a cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​​

• Cancellations: If you cancel your event, the initial retainer is forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may require full payment of the remaining balance.

• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate new dates, but rescheduling is subject to our availability. A rescheduling fee may apply to move your booking.

3. Equipment & Safety

• Safe Environment: Our DJs, Emcees, and Photobooth attendants require a safe, hazard-free environment. We reserve the right to stop performance if the environment becomes unsafe (e.g., extreme weather, physical threats, or illegal activity).

• Liability for Damage: The Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests (e.g., spilled drinks on the DJ booth or a guest knocking over the photobooth). Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client.

• Power Requirements: The Venue/Client must provide a dedicated power source (usually a 15-20 amp circuit)within 25 feet of our setup area. One power source for the DJ/Emcee and another power source for the photobooth.

4. Photobooth Specifics

​​

• Service Interruptions: Our booths require occasional maintenance (changing paper, clearing jams). This time is included in the total booking hours.

• Online Galleries: Digital galleries are hosted for 90 days post-event. It is the Client's responsibility to download and save their images during this window.

5. Media Release

 

• Unless otherwise specified in writing, Hype Man Entertainment reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the event (including photobooth images) for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

• In the unlikely event of a total equipment failure or "Act of God" (natural disaster, illness, etc.) that prevents us from performing, Hype Man Entertain has the right to cancel services at thier sole discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

 

• We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
